Biography

In a nutshell

I’m driving the digital communication strategy of the Council of the European Union. I’m a proud European, lover, mother of 2 little monsters, avid traveller and into all things politics and tech. Ah, and did I mention I’m a geek?

If you’re still around, you may want to check the longer and slightly more official version below or go to my Linkedin profile.

Got more time?

I’m a seasoned communications and PR professional with a keen interest in politics, international relations and online media.

Before joining the European institutions, I was the online communications manager at EUROCONTROL, the European air traffic management agency. I also have previous experience in European lobbying (at PostEurop), in cultural heritage management (at UNESCO’s World Heritage Centre), in internal and external communications (at the Alliance Française in Brussels), and as a freelance journalist.

I hold an M.A in Political Science from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques in Paris, a postgraduate degree in International Public Administration and a B.A in Anthropology from the Sorbonne University.

You can reach me personally on FacebookTwitter and Google+.

What makes me feel good:

  • listening to the birds at dawn;
  • baking home-made pastries for my family and friends;
  • finding a hack for one of my web sites or social networks;
  • discovering a new culture while travelling;
  • hearing an inspiring talk about the future of humanity.

What I could live without:

  • Saturday morning grocery shopping;
  • bills of any kind;
  • having to recharge my mobile devices;
  • not being able to reach customer support when I need it.
